Fees for Therapy
Clients are requested to ensure that they know what the cost of their consultation or treatment will be before they receive it, and that they have the means to pay for it.

Consultation fees should be arranged, beforehand, with the therapist concerned.

Payment for Therapy Services
We ask patients to pay at the time of their consultation, by cheque or cash.
Cheques should be made payable to the therapist in person or as they suggest.

Payment for Products
In some cases, it may be possible to pay for products bought from us, but not for our therapy services, by credit card.

For products purchased from us, payment is requested either at the time of delivery or within 30 days. Ownership of the goods remains with us until payment is received.

Where payment is received late, we reserve the right to charge either interest on the outstanding balance and/or an administration fee, depending on the circumstances.

Our terms are governed by the Law of Scotland.
