Self Help Enquiry Information -
If you wish for guidance by telephone or email, or on your first
visit to the Centre for a QXC consultation (and sometimes for other consultations),
we shall need a certain amount of information.
The minimum that we require:
Name and address;
email for our response if you wish us to contact you by email;
telephone number;
age;
sex;
nature of enquiry (why are you seeking help) and for how long you have
had the problem(s);
the history of the condition;
the treatment, medication or surgery you are having for this, and for
how long you have been receiving these treatments.
Helpful for us:
Helpful for us at the same time:
how many operations undergone unconnected with the complaint;
number of metal fillings in teeth, both now and in the past if they have
been replaced;
what major accidents or trauma suffered in the past, and when they occurred;
what and how many major diseases suffered, and when they occurred;
what eaten and drunk daily, (what is usual breakfast, lunch, dinner,
supper, snacks etc.);
sleep pattern, digestion, bowel movements, urinary pattern, circulation,
perspiration and nerve conditions;
if you are a woman, the pattern of your menstrual cycle, with any problems;
also the
number of previous pregnancies, and any major problems during them;
what other health problems (mental or physical) in the background or
past, or still a problem;
Also, what is your energy like?
Based on this we will try to suggest a suitable therapy or therapies,
on the understanding that our suggestions cannot take into account all
the possibilities: they represent only what we think might be helpful
on the basis of our experience. Equally, without seeing you in person
it is impossible to be sure that we have enough information, and we cannot
make a diagnosis without a proper consultation in person. You should
always see a qualified practitioner if seeking treatment.
Please note: we may not be able to reply to every inquiry immediately,
depending on holidays and other commitments, and we retain the right
to withdraw the service from time to time.
